Steven J. Kherkher

Steven J. Kherkher is a partner at Williams Kherkher Law Firm, where he has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. A cum laude graduate from South Texas College of Law, Steve received his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Houston.

Steve is responsible for managing the Ortho Evra docket for the firm. The Ortho Evra transdermal contraceptive patch has been linked to potentially fatal blood clots. "The patch," as it is known, can cause strokes, heart attacks, hemorrhaging and even death.

Besides Ortho Evra, Steve helps manage several other dockets for Williams Kherkher - including asbestos and several pharmaceuticals, such as Fen-phen, Vioxx, Paxil and Avandia.

Steve is licensed to practice in Arkansas, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He is a member in good standing of the Houston and Texas Trial Lawyers Associations. Steve is also a member of the Houston Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Associations.

John T. Boundas

John T. Boundas is a partner at Williams Kherkher Law Firm, where he co-manages the Ortho Evra docket. Known as "the patch," Ortho Evra's transdermal contraceptive patch has been shown to contribute to hemorrhaging, heart attacks, strokes and even death.

Ranked number one in his class at the University of Iowa College of Law, John has been a practicing law for over ten years. Since joining Williams Kherkher, John has helped managed numerous pharmaceutical dockets, including Fen-phen, Vioxx and Avandia.

John is licensed in Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Additionally, he's licensed to try cases before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, and the 3rd and 5th Circuit Courts of Appeals.

John is a cancer survivor.
